The issue of motivation in organizations is the responsibility of management, organizing and implementing. Working together allows colleagues to get to know each other better and build strong social relationships. Collaboration allows everyone to be valued for their abilities. This creates a more positive and relaxed work atmosphere. The research methodology used in this study was to conduct a literature study of 15 journal articles with a collaborative team which was published on several websites over the last 5 years. The research finding that 2-way communication is needed to build teamwork. That way, team members can freely express their opinions, want to listen to each other's opinions, and find solutions to problems together. In a good team, each member must know the responsibilities and tasks they carry out in a project. They must also have the integrity to carry out all their responsibilities properly. Ineffective communication and miss communication generate most of the organizational problems such as conflicts, disputes, prejudice, wrong decisions, poor execution, gaps and misunderstandings. Organizational culture does not just exist but must be created. maintained, and strengthened, even changed to suit the internal and external demands of the organization. Organizational culture will affect organizational effectiveness. So far, many studies have concluded that a strong organizational culture will make members more satisfied, and motivated and have a greater commitment to the organization. Besides that, a strong organizational culture will be able to increase the commitment, enthusiasm, and loyalty of members to the organization. In this research method, we use the descriptive method. The result show that organizational culture will affect individuals and organizational processes so that culture will create pressure on people in the organization to think and act in ways that are consistent with the existing culture. The organizational culture of educational institutions is strongly influenced by leadership behavior.
